Si vas a primera hora podrás disfrutar, en su terraza, de un sol magnífico que te pega en la cara sin llegar a molestar. El servicio podría ser un pelín más rápido, aunque es atento y muy agradable. He estado varias veces a desayunar y siempre me han atendido con una sonrisa (y eso siempre hay que agradecerlo). El café es normalito, pero las tostadas, y sobre todo la tortilla, están entre las mejores de la zona. Si te gusta la tortilla crudita por dentro (pero de textura densa, no líquida) pero bien sellada por fuera, este es tu lugar. Y hablan bastante bien de sus raciones, por lo que ese es mi punto pendiente con este lugar clásico en Villalba.Traducción
If you go early in the morning, you can enjoy the magnificent sun on their terrace, which hits your face without bothering you. The service could be a bit faster, although it's attentive and very pleasant. I've been there several times for breakfast and have always been served with a smile (and that's always appreciated). The coffee is average, but the toast, and especially the tortilla, are among the best in the area. If you like your tortilla raw on the inside (but with a dense, not runny texture) but well-sealed on the outside, this is your place. And they speak quite highly of their portions, so that's my unfinished business with this classic spot in Villalba.

Desayuno alli por las mañanas alguna vez y sin duda lo más rico el pinchos de tortilla, pero muy rico en general todo lo que pido. Camareras muy amable y el establecimiento muy espacioso y con muchas meses y tiene terraza si te apetece fuera

Directamente. Sin rodeos. A pecho descubierto. La mejor tortilla de patata de la sierra. Al menos de Villalba y alrededores. Merece la pena ir sólo por la tortilla. El café está muy bueno, y el trato es muy agradable. Local bastante limpio. Cómo apunte, las porras no están muy buenas. No merecen la pena. Así está, casi siempre lleno. Volveré seguro. Mi sitio preferido de Collado Villalba (Madrid) para tomar un café o una cerveza, idóneo atención buena y situación perfecta en el pueblo. Si vas a la sierra de Guadarrama, no faltes en pasar por ahí.

Tanto la calidad, precio y atención excelente. Las camareras super amables, simpáticas y te sirven al momento, aunque el bar este lleno. Buenos aperitivos. Y la comida estupenda. Si lee mi reseña el dueño, te rogaría que le pongas aire acondicionado a la cocinera, es un cielo de mujer y con estos calores cocinando, le va a dar un golpe de calor. Muchas gracias por todo.

Me habían recomendado la tortilla de patatas,tendrían que haberme avisado del tamaño...eso sí que es un pincho de tortilla y no lo que te ponen en otros sitios!! Y riquísima!! Volveremos a probar las tostadas y demás. Atención impecable. Gracias!!!
